Meet the Ashbond Method
Speedy and Simple Construction
The Ashbond gypsum block offers a simple, fast, and flexible method for building interior partitions. Easy to mount (three blocks = 1 sq.m.), each block features two sides with trapezoidal protrusions and two with trapezoidal hollows, fitting together like a plug and socket. The blocks are bonded using Ashbond mortar, made from the same material with added special resins. As a dry construction method, partitions can be built continuously from the first row to the last without interruption or the need for additional materials.

The Result: A Precise, Smooth, and Uniform Product
Ashbond monolithic partitions combine the massiveness of conventional partitions (black blocks with plaster) with the smooth, uniform appearance of gypsum. The blocks feature superior finish quality, precise dimensions, high mechanical strength, water and fire resistance, and excellent thermal insulation. The partitions are sturdy yet lightweight, thanks to internal longitudinal air spaces cast into the blocks.
Girdle-Free Construction
Ashbond technique enables the construction of sturdy, massive, and stable partitions without the need for reinforced concrete girdles. Window and door openings can be created without casting a girdle, using only temporary support for the row of blocks above the opening for 24 hours. Openings of any shape—rectangular, round, arched, and more—can also be made after construction by simply marking and sawing the desired shape into the partition.
Plaster-Free Construction
In conventional construction, walls must be aligned and smoothed with plaster after erection, adding time, cost, and potential disruption to existing systems. The Ashbond technique uses dry construction—only a thin putty layer is needed after building the partition, making it ready for painting or tiling without additional sealing, even in wet areas.
Ashbond blocks are environmentally friendly throughout their lifecycle: from production, to enhancing indoor climatic comfort, to final disposal as non-polluting, naturally occurring building waste.

Seamless Flexibility at Every Step
Ashbond gypsum block partitions offer maximum flexibility, allowing easy modifications to interior layouts without disturbing existing flooring. Construction requires no guide rails or adhesives—the blocks are simply laid on top of the flooring, which remains intact and protected. If needed, partitions can be dismantled quickly and easily, enabling layout changes without damaging the floor.
