High-quality gypsum blocks for a 40-storey senior living tower in the heart of Givatayim

At a central junction between Tel Aviv, Givatayim and Ramat Gan, a 40-storey tower has been constructed, considered the tallest senior living tower in Israel. The tower belongs to the “Ahuzat Rubinstein” senior living chain and was built by BST Construction.

This prestigious senior living complex spans an area of approximately 70,000 sqm and includes 400 residential units in a variety of sizes and specifications, commercial and office floors, two nursing care floors, three levels of underground parking, and a range of communal spaces such as a sports complex, cinema hall, café and a public park.

As part of the construction works in the complex, Ashbond supplied 32,832 sqm of 10 mm gypsum blocks for partitions, as well as 6 cm Isolacia blocks for room separation.

Ashbond’s blocks are made of gypsum reinforced with glass fibers and are characterized by high fire resistance, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, high mechanical strength, and low weight. The blocks are easy to build with, environmentally friendly, and feature a smooth, uniform surface that enables precise, clean construction without the need for plaster, saving both execution time and costs.
