Supply of gypsum blocks for seven boutique buildings in Ra’anana

The Keidar Mivnim project is located in the heart of the green Neve Zemer neighborhood in Ra’anana and features seven boutique buildings offering 99 residential units in a particularly diverse mix – 3, 4, 5, and 6-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and spacious duplexes. The plots are spread throughout the neighborhood: two buildings on its western side, two additional buildings on the northern side, and three more buildings in the south-eastern part of the neighborhood.

 

As part of the construction works in the complex, Ashbond supplied 10 mm gypsum blocks for partitions. Ashbond’s blocks are made of gypsum reinforced with glass fibers and are characterized by high fire resistance, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, high mechanical strength, and low weight. The blocks are easy to build with, environmentally friendly, and feature a smooth, uniform surface that enables precise, clean construction without the need for plaster, saving both execution time and costs.
