High-quality blocks for Israel’s first mixed-use vertical city
The “Beyond” project, developed by Tidhar and the Union Group, spans an area of approximately 300,000 sqm in Givatayim, on the border with Tel Aviv, of which around 120,000 sqm is built space.
The complex is considered the first vertical city in Israel, featuring two towers of 50 and 70 floors designated for offices and residences, as well as several podium levels that will house an advanced sports center, an elevated park, and shopping and leisure areas.
As part of the construction of the complex, Ashbond supplied 12,000 sqm of high-quality gypsum blocks for the construction of interior partitions and insulation walls, using an innovative, efficient and environmentally friendly method that complies with the most stringent standards in the construction industry.
The blocks supplied by Ashbond enabled the construction of monolithic gypsum partitions that combine the structural strength of conventional masonry with the smooth, uniform appearance of gypsum. The method is based on dry construction, with no need for plaster or waterproofing before painting or tile installation, thereby reducing both execution time and costs.
