Gypsum blocks for the largest residential project in East Tel Aviv

“HaSolalim” complex in the Bitzaron neighborhood of Tel Aviv is being developed by Tidhar and extends over an area of approximately 30 dunams between Derech HaShalom, HaSolalim Street, and HaHaskala Boulevard.

 

The project, considered one of the largest in East Tel Aviv, features two 33-storey residential towers with 360 stylish apartments boasting a high-quality specification, alongside commercial and office spaces with a total area of 3,200 sqm.

 

Ashbond supplied 47,444 sqm of 10 mm gypsum blocks for partitions, enabling light, fast, and flexible construction of interior walls. Ashbond’s block is extremely convenient to build with, thanks to its unique design: two sides with a trapezoidal tongue and two sides with a matching trapezoidal groove, allowing the blocks to interlock (tongue-and-groove). This is a dry construction method that does not require additional materials and therefore enables continuous self-assembly, from the first course of blocks to the last, without the need for interruptions.
