Gypsum blocks for a boutique project in the urban heart of the city
The MOMA TLV project, built in the sought-after Florentin neighborhood of Tel Aviv, comprises four buildings: two 18-storey residential towers and two 7-storey boutique buildings, one of which operates as a Brown Hotels property.
The project offers 216 apartments ranging from 4–5 rooms, as well as impressive mini-penthouses and penthouses. The complex also includes commercial, office, and leisure areas, inner gardens, and green spaces between the buildings. The project developer is the Hagag Group, and the contractor is Electra Construction.
Ashbond supplied 26,512 sqm of 10 mm partition blocks to the luxury complex, enabling light, fast, and flexible construction of interior walls. Ashbond’s gypsum blocks are manufactured in accordance with the highest standards and comply with all relevant construction regulations in Israel. Among others, the blocks meet ISO 9001:2008 quality management requirements, Israeli Standards 755 and 931 for fire resistance, Israeli Standard 413 for earthquake resistance, and Israeli Standard 1504 for flexural strength.
