Zahav Hal HaPark
Partition blocks for a luxury residential tower in the capital
The “Zahav Hal HaPark” project was built by Forma, part of the Denya Group, and rises to 27 storeys. The building features 194 premium luxury apartments overlooking breathtaking views of Jerusalem. The tower is built above a commercial floor and includes 5 podium floors with 14 apartments each, and 22 residential floors with 6 apartments each. On the top floor, a spectacular 360 sqm penthouse has been constructed, featuring a 50 sqm infinity pool.
Ashbond supplied 20,784 sqm of 10 mm gypsum blocks for partitions, enabling light, fast and flexible construction of interior walls. The block is extremely convenient to build with, thanks to its unique structure: two sides with a trapezoidal tongue and two sides with a matching trapezoidal groove, allowing the blocks to interlock (tongue-and-groove). This is a dry construction method that requires no additional materials and enables continuous self-assembly from the first course of blocks to the last, without interruptions.
